• The Guest shall not sublet or transfer the booking to any other party without prior approval from the Host.
• Any violation of property use policies may result in immediate termination of the Stay without a refund.
• Noise restrictions, occupancy limits, and local laws must be observed by the Guest at all times.

8. Liability

• The Guest agrees that the Company is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the booking, stay, or use of the Property.
• Any disputes between the Guest and the Company should be resolved directly between the two parties.

9. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
